certificates required to apply epass is 
-ssc certificate(xerox)
-Income tax (mee seva)
-study certificates, last 7-years required
-ration card 
-Aadhar card of  (father,mother,student)
-Allotment order (xerox)
-caste/native/community  certificate 
-photo new (pass port size)

pass book is required for only who are sc,st,bc and  other  account must be on student name  

-pass book
